Lemon Ice Cream
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 C sugar
Zest and juice of 2 lemons
1 tsp vanilla
2 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
Mix with blender on low speed 2 minutes. Freeze in glass loaf pan.
